We understand that sometimes you may change your mind — that’s why we offer a 14-day change of mind return policy.

You have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to initiate a return for a refund or exchange (postage costs are non-refundable).

Conditions for Eligibility:

• Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all original packaging.

• Return must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

• Return postage is the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using Registered Post with tracking.

For Orders with Free Shipping:

• Small items under 0.75kg: A flat $13 will be deducted from your refund.

• Larger items: Return shipping will be calculated based on the actual weight and dimensions, and deducted accordingly.

Opened or Used Items:

• Items over $50 with opened packaging: 30% restocking fee (70% refund issued).

• Items under $50 with opened packaging: $15 will be deducted from the refund.

• Items returned in damaged or incomplete condition may be rejected or incur additional deductions.

What’s Covered:

• Defects in materials or workmanship from normal use

• Products purchased directly from Smart Wave Tech

Not Covered:

• Damage caused by natural disasters (lightning, floods, etc.)

• Misuse, accidents, liquid exposure, or physical damage

• Use of non-approved accessories

• Commercial or improper use

• Modifications or repairs by unauthorised personnel

• Damage due to incorrect power supply

• Normal wear and tear

• A replacement or refund for a major failure
